About me
My name is Tom Green, and I am the Head Coach at Imperial Performance. My passion is all things sports science, and using my education and experience in the subject area to aid both athletes and the everyday person achieve their physical performance and physical appearance goals.
I am a highly qualified coach, built on a foundation of a strong desire to use my knowledge to help others achieve their fitness goals. With over 10 years of gym experience, years of competitive bodybuilding experience, and an in depth education. Since qualifying as a personal trainer out of school I have trained a variety of clients.
My portfolio of clients range from Great Britain scholar athletes to people looking to improve blood work or simply lose body fat and get in shape for a holiday. I specialise in the areas of Strength and Hypertrophy training but due to an extensive education I am qualified and capable of aiding individuals in a number of other areas, such as : Fat loss Muscle gain Overall Health improvement Blood work improvement Nutritional programming Athlete performance (any sport)
My goal is simple. To provide educational content whilst offering bespoke training plans and top level coaching services. Meaning that no matter the budget you are provided with the tools to achieve your goals!
